2nd Level Design Sketch

The 2nd Level is a large, interconnected 2D platforming section that is set within a run-down and haunted school environment. It emphasizes non-linear exploration and platforming, ability based progression, and escalating psychological tension. The player navigates and unlocks traversal abilities and revisiting prior areas under increasing threat.
3rd Level Design Sketch
The 3rd Level section is the most distorted and challenging level in our game. This is where the structure of the level becomes tighter and less forgiving towards the player. Unlike the earlier areas, which ease the player into exploration, this section is dense with overlapping corridors, abrupt vertical climbs, and boxed-in rooms that create a constant sense of pressure. The section focuses on a much faster pace and more intense sequences. Movement here demands mastery of previously learned skills. Enemy placement is more aggressive and deliberate, often combining the various types of attacks from the different enemies. Making an even more intense environment. This is the full culmination of the players skills and once the player gets to their dog, a massive climactic chase sequence takes place.
